Partnership Village, part of Greensboro Urban Ministry, provides transitional housing for formerly homeless individuals and families. Partnership Village consists of 32 studio apartments, 12 two-bedroom family apartments, and 24 three-bedroom family apartments. The goal of Partnership Village is to assist the homeless in becoming self-sufficient with permanent housing within two years through the provision of case management and supportive services. Volunteers from The Servant Leadership School of Greensboro tutor the children at Partnership Village twice a week.

The children of Partnership Village will be participating in the Sacred Space for the City art exhibition by working on a group art project that will be viewed as an installation. Painted fabric artworks created by the children will express what the theme “The Spirit’s Call to Evolve” means to them individually and as a group.
